We use third-party platforms to deliver our services, including Meta, and Google. These platforms are operated by entities located outside Australia, primarily in the United States, and personal information (including end-customer data) may be stored or processed overseas..

By engaging our services or using our website, you consent to this disclosure for the purposes of APP 8.2(a). We take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients handle personal information in a manner consistent with the APPs.

Please note: once information is disclosed to an overseas recipient, that recipient may not be subject to the APPs and you may not be able to seek redress under Australian privacy law.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure. Where personal information is no longer required for any purpose for which it may be used or disclosed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.

We will respond within a reasonable time and at no charge, except where the APPs permit us to refuse access.
